Regional Admin Manager

ENABLE Scotland is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Administration Manager to cover our services in the regions of Perth, Fife and Angus.

The nature of this role is diverse and highly autonomous. You will be a key business partner to the Regional Manager and Services Managers managing the day to day administration management functions, whilst aligning to a shared vision with the operations management, enabling them to deliver high quality services to the people we support.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Understanding of the importance of professional reporting
• Ability to think on their feet considering all implications, restrictions and impacts
• An understanding of the social care market and it's challenges
• Confidence and experience in working with senior staff, clients and suppliers
• Ability to lead task completion activities and delegate to administrative staff
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use due to the regions covered
