ENABLE Scotland is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and we have a 10 - 15 hour Volunteer Administrator post in Dunoon for you to support our services staff in achieving this vision. If successful you will be responsible for providing the administrative support to our Team Facilitators whilst co-ordinating the day-to-day office administration functions which is pivotal to the success of the support we provide.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous administration experience
• The ability to adapt your communication style in order to engage with a wide range of people including the people we support, their families and our Personal Assistants.
• Strong organisational skills with a creative approach to managing your workload and conflicting priorities.
• A positive and flexible outlook to your work, and be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
