That could mean supporting them to live independently in their own home or take part in activities we take for granted. And, who knows, it could make a difference to your life as well.

Here’s a little more about Tom
“I am a very sociable 16 year old man who his looking to move from my family home to living in my own flat. I have a diagnosis of autism and as a result can display stressed and distressed behaviours towards myself and others. I require a personal assistant who is able to confidently support me through this. I appear to understand more than I do, therefore, I require someone who is able to tailor their communication to ensure I am able to understand.”

We are looking for a team of motivated and dedicated Personal Assistants to support Tom to adapt to his new found independence and work towards his own goals.

In order to support him to achieve your daily activities will include:
• Provide support to attend social activities within the community
• Assisting with shopping, meal planning and household chores
• Provided support to arrange and attending health appointments

We have a number of a permanent posts working on average 16 to 39 hours per week. These contracts require full flexibility between 7am - 10pm over 7 days a week with approximately 2 out of 4 weekends off.
There may occasions when you will be required to work out with these hours however notice will be given in advance.
