That could mean supporting them to live independently in their own homes or take part in activities we take for granted. And, who knows, it could make a difference to your life as well.

We are looking for a team of motivated and dedicated Personal Assistants to support these young people to adapt to their new found independence and work towards their own goals.

In order to support these young people achieve this we are looking for a team to provide waking night support to a group of 11 people.
Your daily tasks may include;
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to young people living independently for the first time
• Providing support with health needs e.g. epilepsy
• Supporting people to manage overnight risks e.g. ensuring personal safety.

We have a number of a permanent waking night posts working on average 16 to 39 hours per week. These contracts require full flexibility between 10pm – 7am over 7 days a week with approximately 2 out of 4 weekends off.

There may occasions when you will be required to work out with these hours however notice will be given in advance.
