Do you have what it takes to make a difference?
Would you like to do something different next Monday morning? To forget the never-ending 9-5 and make a real difference to someone’s life? Or maybe you are already working in social care and want to join an organisation with values at its core?
Well this may be the opportunity you have been looking for…..

ENABLE Scotland is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and we have an exciting opportunity for you to support Sara Ann in Paisley to make the most of their life.
That could mean supporting them to live independently in their own home or take part in activities we take for granted. And, who knows, it could make a difference to your life as well.
Here’s a little more about Jane:

“People who know me will say that I have a large personality with a fantastic sense of humour. It takes me time to build up trust in people, but when I do I am caring, talkative and full of fun. I love shopping, make up, country music, films and arts and crafts. I need lots of support to live independently, but I am very independent and need my support to be very respectful of my individual choices. My support is between 9am and 1pm and 6pm and 9pm 7 days per week, and I am looking for a female with a mature outlook to work as part of my existing team."

If you think you could share the same interests and have the commitment to support Jane to get the most out of life please click the link to apply now.

You don’t need experience in care to start your career with ENABLE Scotland. We recruit people based on their values and transferrable skills. No matter where you have worked before; be it retail, admin, warehousing or wherever, we want to hear from you!
What’s also great about ENABLE Scotland is that we believe in developing all our staff and provide an extensive training programme, combined with a commitment to create career development opportunities including SVQ Level 2.

Remember this is #morethanajob – it’s the first step to you making a difference and beginning your career with an award winning charity with its values at its core
