Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• The ability to adapt your communication style in order to develop successful and enjoyable relationships with the people we support.
• The commitment to work with individuals through their personal support plans to ensure people achieve their goals and outcomes and celebrate their successes.
• A positive and flexible outlook to your work, and be able to work on your own and as part of a team.

John is a mature gentleman, He lives on his own in Keith Moray. John requires support from staff, 7 days per week. Support times are between; 08:00-17:00, 17:00-23:00, 09:00-23:00 sleepover 07:00-09:00. You will be required to work days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. A monthly rostering system is in place. John requires support with shopping, housework, bus-outings and attending various meetings.

Activities may include supporting John to access leisure opportunities, using his tablet, socialising, shopping, map reading, gardening, baking, attending country shows ie Black Isle Show and going for coffee.
