ENABLE Scotland is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.

We have a position for a dedicated night-shift worker available. The hours of work would generally be 10pm-9am and this would be working 4 nights one week and 3 the following week. Extra hours and days be would be available so a flexible approach to the role is required.

You would be supporting 2 gentlemen and a lady in their own home in the Stirling area all with complex needs, personalities and outlooks on life.

If successful your role will include:

Supporting people in their own home when they need assistance during the night.
Supporting people with personal care requirements
Being supportive and caring when someone is having a restless night
Light housework and health and safety checks.
Updating support plans and risk assessments.
Using initiative to identify anything which could benefit the people you support

Flexibility and the ability to work a range of shifts across each week are essential. There may occasions when you will be required to work outwith usual hours and notice will be given in advance.
