Team Facilitator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our services in Perth and Kinross and this role will operate from our office base in Perth.

The Team Facilitator will have responsibility for the provision of personalised support services across Perth and Kinross to support individuals who have learning disabilities or autism.

The right candidate will have experience in leading staff teams and have a dynamic ability to think creatively in order to coordinate support to a number of individuals, living across a wide geographical area.

Great interpersonal skills and demonstrable partnership working skills are imperative to continuing to work with key stakeholders and supporting the presence of ENABLE Scotland's services in Perth and Kinross.

The Team Facilitator will have key responsibility for supporting the growth and development of ENABLE Scotland's services by working closely with care managers and internal business development teams, supporting individuals from the outset to determine clear outcomes for support and building the service design and support tailored to meeting these individuals goals and ambitions.

The Team Facilitator will be required to work flexibility to suit the needs of the service and as such some evening and weekend work will be required.
