Team Facilitator


£24,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced frontline Social Care manager to join our developing services in Moray.

This role will operate from our office base in Elgin and have responsibility to support the development of our services across the Moray area.

The Team Facilitator will have responsibility for the provision of personalized support services for individuals living across Moray to support individuals who have learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.

The right candidate will have experience in leading staff teams and have a dynamic ability to think creatively in order to coordinate support to a number of individuals, living across a wide geographical area.

Great interpersonal skills and demonstrable partnership working skills are imperative to continuing to work with key stakeholders and supporting the presence of ENABLE Scotland's services in Moray.

The Team Facilitator will have key responsibility for supporting the growth and development of ENABLE Scotland's services by working closely with care managers and internal Business Development teams, supporting individuals from the outset to determine clear outcomes for support and building the service design and support tailored to meeting these individuals goals and ambitions.

The Team Facilitator will be required to work flexibility to suit the needs of the service and as such some evening and weekend work will be required. Participation on a rota basis in the provision of a local on call service will also be required.

A driving license and access to a car is essential.
